In 2004 Techceram established the All Ceramics Excellence (ACE) group of Dental Labs through which a unique Quality Feedback Card scheme is operated. The system promotes team-work between surgery, laboratory and manufacturer and is patient focused. Surgeries who return sufficient cards obtain “Techceram Approved Dental Practice” status. In 2007 the ACE group expanded from 13 to 26 Labs and has expanded to 37 Labs in 2008. 2009 has seen the group growing in strength to an impressive 64 labs.
