TTC Requirements TECHCERAM RESTORATIONS TECHCERAM only require the sectioned, blocked-out, die relieved model to produce a base layer. It is not necessary to send the whole model. Margins A shoulder preparation is required with rounded edges and contours. Undercuts/Die-spacer The as received die should ideally be totally free from undercuts and have die-spacer applied. If unsure just send a hardened die and we can block out and die-space. Dental Device Order/Delivery note A Dental Device Order/Delivery note, available upon request from TECHCERAM, should accompany the job. The following information should be entered on the form:- • Dentist/Patient Information • Turnaround service required (1, 2 or 3 day) • Restoration details including postition and basic Vita shade (Classic or 3D) • Date required and any comments • Special Delivery if required (there is an extra half price charge for this service) Post Dies and any models (protected in a plastic container) should be posted to TTC in a Jiffy bag using first class post.
