Three levels of turnaround are available to enable you to service all your Clinicians requirements. 3 day turnaround Work received e.g. Monday morning first post will be dispatched via first class post Wednesday evening. The work will be returned, protected by a TECHCERAM container, in a Jiffy bag via first class post unless otherwise requested. 2 day turnaround Work received e.g. Monday morning first post will be dispatched via first class post Tuesday evening. The work will be returned, protected by a TECHCERAM container, in a Jiffy bag via first class post unless otherwise requested. 1 day turnaround Work must be received in the mornings first post (7:30-8:00am). The work will be dispatched via first class post the same evening. Any work received after 7:30-8:00am, requesting 1 day turnaround, will be dispatched in the following evenings first class post. Thus work received by special or recorded delivery at 11:00-12:00pm on a Monday will be dispatched first class on Tuesday evening. Special Delivery (Half price) Special Delivery available upon request and should be noted on the Dental Device Order/Delivery Note. An additional cost will be made for this service. Please note that for Lava and Cercon substructures the quickest service offered is a 3 day turnaround.
