Techceram operates a Quality Feedback Card (QFB) system through its All-Ceramics Excellence (ACE) group of laboratories. The ACE group represents the most experienced Techceram laboratories. The QFB system is linked to a 5 year guarantee in Techceram, Lava, e-max Zircad and e-max press.

In 2004 Techceram established the All Ceramics Excellence (ACE) group of Dental Labs through which a unique Quality Feedback Card scheme is operated. The system promotes team-work between surgery, laboratory and manufacturer and is patient focused. Surgeries who return sufficient cards obtain “Techceram Approved Dental Practice” status. In 2007 the ACE group expanded from 13 to 26 Labs and has expanded from 13 to 26 labs and in 2008 to 37 and has further expanded in 2009 to 60 labs.
