About the technology
In the dental printer segment there are 2 dominant technologies for small-medium sized printing. SLA and DLP. SLA utilises a single light source which is projected on the areas to be cured using 2 galvanometers. DLP uses a light source and a mirror-chip which cures each layer of resin in one flash. DLP printers tend to be 4 x the price of SLA but offer higher speed and high resolution.
