At Techceram we are committed to enabling our business partners develop their own in house laboratories and dental practices. As well as supplying the appropriate milling machine for your business, we will ensure that you have the ongoing support you require to get up and running and stay running. We understand that you want to manage a seamless operation without interruption. You are looking to offer the highest level of service to your clients. You need a company which cares and who can respond in the unlikely event your machine breaks down.

We carry out an annual service on the Imes-icore range of milling machines for a fixed price plus parts. We also offer an optional maintenance contract which covers call-outs and repairs in the event of machine failure. TTC will also provide a backup milling service to those customers who choose to take the maintenance contract

Most problems can be resolved using remote access to the machine by way of TeamViewer software.
